What is the Second Quantum Revolution?
The second quantum revolution harnesses the principles of quantum mechanics to develop entirely new technologies – including quantum computers, quantum simulators, and secure quantum communication. Unlike classical computers, these systems operate with individual quantum objects such as atoms or photons, processing information in fundamentally new ways.
